It's important to keep in mind the nature of the services being provided to you. Although your clinician will consider every aspect of your pets needs once an examination has been performed, it isn't always possible to anticipate the changing needs of a patient. You can be reassured however that should your pets requirements change, your veterinarian will discuss treatment and diagnostic options with you. Your clinician will provide you with a written and detailed estimate. Feel free to discuss any aspects of your estimate with us as in some cases service and treatment options can be tailored to suit you.

Preventative Health Care, Microchip Implants,Dentistry, Orthopedic and Soft-Tissue Surgery, X-Rays and Blood Analysis. We have an on-site pharmacy and inventory of prescription-diet food, vitamins, shampoo and flea protection. Boarding facilites are also available on site for cats and exotics (tours of the boarding facility are welcome). We also now offer physical rehabilitation for dogs and cats

Payments

For general services and products, payment is required at the time of your visit or upon discharge of your pet from the hospital.

A deposit may be required prior to the services being provided. The balance of the account is required upon discharge of your pet from the hospital or upon transfer to a critical care or referral service
